Overview
Bali Pass Trek is one of the most adventurous and challenging high-altitude treks in the Indian Himalayas, connecting the Har Ki Dun valley to the Yamunotri region via the Bali Pass. Situated in Uttarakhand’s Govind Wildlife Sanctuary, this trek takes you through dense forests, alpine meadows, remote villages, high-altitude camps, and finally to the steep and thrilling Bali Pass crossing at around 16,200 ft. The trek offers stunning views of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, and other Himalayan peaks. Due to its high altitude, long trekking days, and technical pass crossing, Bali Pass is recommended for experienced trekkers with good physical endurance and prior high-altitude trekking experience.
